Assumption of risk. I understand that dance involves physical exertion and carries a risk of injury. I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and that I take part in Afro Collective Experience 2026 at my own risk.
Health disclosure. I will inform the organisers of any medical condition or injury that may affect my participation, and I will stop and seek assistance if I feel unwell.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, I release Afro Singapura, its organisers, instructors, volunteers and venue partners from liability for any injury, loss or damage to property arising from my participation, except where caused by their negligence.
Personal belongings. I am responsible for my own belongings. The organisers and venues are not responsible for items lost or stolen at the event.
Photography and video. I understand that the event will be photographed and filmed. I consent to my image and likeness appearing in recordings and photographs, and to their use by Afro Singapura, its venue partners and its supporting organisations for documentation, reporting and promotion.
Code of conduct. I will treat instructors, participants and staff with respect. The organisers may remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or harassing, without refund.
Under 18s. Participants under 18 must have this agreement accepted by a parent or guardian.
